Our specialized license agreement permits the purchasing Client to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the digital media solely for promotional or advertising purposes directly related to the property’s sale.
Clients are not permitted to assign or transfer this agreement or any rights granted under it without the explicit permission of South Florida Drone Guys LLC.
All digital media produced and delivered by South Florida Drone Guys LLC, including photos and tours, along with associated rights such as copyright and ownership of the media storage, remain the sole and exclusive property of South Florida Drone Guys LLC.
South Florida Drone Guys LLC retains the rights to reuse and resell any digital media previously produced and delivered by them.
